There is no way of knowing for sure the results of putting yourself out there for every college to see.

A calmer way of looking at this unavoidable wait is to “try not to worry about future events,” as Senior Isabel Lopez says. It is extremely hard and maybe even impossible to do, but seniors, here’s the best and only advice there is: don’t worry, just accept the answer you receive when it comes and deal with it from there.

There is no point in getting upset; if you’re meant to attend a certain “college of your dreams,” it will happen. If not, then there’s another college out there just for you. With thousands of colleges out there, there is definitely one made for you!

Are you a football fanatic? If so, you might have noticed that for the past few years the Dallas Cowboys have not done so well. But this season the Dallas Cowboys have been doing exceptionally great. The Cowboys have improved so much from the past few years.

Last season for the Dallas Cowboys was not awful, but it was not so good either. I’m sure that everyone remembers how the season started off with Drew Bledsoe as the quarterback. Not too good, right? It wasn’t until halfway through the season when Tony Romo took over as starting quarterback that things started to happen.

We all knew that Romo was going to do some big things when we saw his performance last year on Thanksgiving. When the Cowboys defeated the Minnesota Vikings, and Romo had a big game, throwing four touchdowns. He almost tied the record for five touchdowns thrown on a Thanksgiving game, which was set by Troy Aikman.

Week after week, Romo and the Cowboys seemed to be improving, and they made ii into the playoffs. Their opponent, the Seattle Seahawks, made it an interesting game because it was intense and close. Then it all came down to a field goal in the final seconds of the game to win. Romo was holding the ball for the kicker, when BAM! The ball slipped. Then Romo tried running it in for a touchdown, but he came up short of the touchdown. That mistake caused the Cowboys the victory and the chance to advance in the playoffs.

Now, in the ’07-’08 season, everyone can see that the Cowboys have bounced back from that sad ending. They have shown that they did not let that mistake affect their game this season.

The Cowboys have shown much improvement in their offense, thanks to the new offensive coordinator, Jason Garrett.  Garrett has made some pretty good calls this season to help the offense.

“This year Romo has lost his butter fingers from last season,” states Caleb Scheerer. Yes indeed, Romo has lost his “butter fingers,” and everyone in the NFL and all football fans have definitely noticed. Who can disagree with the teams’ amazing record start of 12-1? The Cowboys have definitely set some new team records this season and will probably continue to set more records.

The Cowboys now only have three games left of the
